I have lived on the Island of Wight for the last 26 years and have worked hard to build up my business which I run in a small workshop from my home. 'Hello, Belle Blue Jewellery started out as two friends over coffee both of whom had a passion for beautiful handmade jewellery and semi precious gemstones. From there we started our hobby making gorgeous gifts for our friends and family and soon realised there was a market for beautiful yet affordable handmade jewellery.
All of our bracelets are made with love from semi precious gemstones and silver which come beautfully packaged to make the ideal present either to yourself or a loved one.
Made on the Isle of Wight we like to source as many local products as we can to use in our bracelets and we would happily make bespoke jewellery if you have a certain gemstone or piece of jewellery mind that you would like made.

The Isle of Wight Festival 2011(Disco 2000 Tent and Tangerine Back Stage VIP Tent) V-Dub Festival 2011, Rhythmtree Festival 2010 & 2011 And PozFest & Postfest 2010 & 2011. I also co hosted radio shows on Bestival Fm 2010 & 2011 and Vectis Radio every Friday throughout 2011. 'Hello, I am an experienced handmade bobbin lace maker, and have been making lace for over 35 years. I love making all types of lace including English and Continental and occasionally have been known to make my own patterns. I make a wide variety of items from bookmarks to christening gowns made completely of lace.
I teach lace making on the Island and am an active member of both local and international lace organisations. I mainly make to commission, as this gives me time to produce, what can be, fairly labour intensive work. Recent orders have included lace wedding garters, bookmarks and a 60cm table centre. I am happy to work in cotton, silk or linen thread and take pride in creating beautiful, even tensioned work which can be passed on through the generations.

'Started in 2011 I Heart Buttons creates bouquets for brides and the home from vintage and new buttons.
Button bouquets make a unique and colourful alternative to a traditional floral bouquet. Sentimental items of jewellery (or buttons of course!) can be worked into the bouquets to make them even more special. The most fabulous thing about button bouquets is that they will last forever.

I make handbags and accessories from recycled and/or vintage materials including jewellery and chesspiece toggles.

'I love creating beautiful and decorative crafts to brighten up every room of your home. Each piece is unique, making them the perfect gift for someone special. I am self taught and as such love experimenting with all different sorts of materials from my little studio shed in Freshwater. It all started with simple cards, but now I create mosaics, work with drift wood and shells collected from the beaches in the West Wight and recently I discovered the fabulous art of Decopatch. So far I have decorated picture frames, hearts, a variety of jewellery boxes and notebooks. Pretty much anything can be Decopatched and you will often find me in local charity shops or car boot sales looking for those unwanted items to upcycle and turn into something modern and stylish.'

Saddlery ranges from made to measure tack, to saddle fitting/reflocking to riding boot zip replacement to minor repairs, no job is too small.
Car and camper upholstery includes all seat, door cards, rock n roll beds etc. this can all be done in either leather, vinyl or fabric material.

'Wight Creations Handmade Cards was first started in January 2012. I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 15 years and had been making cards for friends and family when I suddenly decided to make a business of it. I find designing and making my cards quite therapeutic and really enjoyable. All my cards are designed, printed and hand embellished from my home in St. Lawrence on the Island and can be personalised to suit any occasion. I also now make and design Wedding Stationery. All cards are sent out via Royal Mail, in a board backed envelope for protection. Cards can also be sent straight to your recipient if required. I also offer free UK delivery.'

Yogi's Garden started in 2010 following redundancy from IW Council, where I'd been a School Caretaker for 27 years. I'd bought a small digital camera and wanted to make cards for friends/family. I did a Xmas Fair that year and started "eventing" in earnest in 2011. My USP is that all the photos (with the exception of Little Bear), are taken in or from our garden. I mainly do the smaller fairs/shows (because they're cheaper)! Prior to surgery in September, I was "doing The Griffin" in Godshill on Thursdays which was worth it! I hope to start "eventing" again, as soon as I can drive again. yogisgarden.co.uk has been online for a few weeks and had some nice comments.
